According to a recent survey by home.co.uk website, over a third of the rental properties in Virginia Water are 4-bedroom properties, and just over a quater of the total are 5-bedroom properties. Here's a breakdown of the survey:

Five bedrooms	25	£6,587 pcm

It is also interesting that the average 2-bed property rental is almost twice as much as some other rental properties in Surrey.
